The challenge
This course introduces Meta’s advertising policy standards and is designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in India that use Meta technologies. As part of the Meta Small Business Academy program, the course aims to support Indian SMBs who often face challenges when placing ads on Meta platforms.
My role
To address a gap in Meta Blueprint’s suite of learning content, I developed a net new course for the program's Ads Manager learning path. Working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, I identified key pain points faced by SMB advertisers in India and designed content to reduce friction in their advertising experience.
The results
The course helps first-time advertisers by proactively outlining relevant Meta’s ad policies and addressing frequent issues that arise during the ad placement process, improving the onboarding experience.
