The goal of this project is to onboard advertisers looking to drive sales on Pinterest. There is a misconception among marketers that Pinterest is primarily an upper-funnel platform for brand awareness. This course challenges this misconception by demonstrating how Pinterest can also support lower-funnel goals, such as driving conversions and sales.
Designed for retailers, merchants, and agency partners, the course walks users through uploading their product catalogs to Pinterest to increase traffic and/or drive conversions. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to revise and update the content, incorporating the latest catalog features available in Pinterest Ads Manager.
The course offers step-by-step instructions for uploading catalogs and highlights key technical features, including APIs and third-party integrations. Currently, there is no other comprehensive, centralized guide on Pinterest for using catalog tools—this course fills that gap. It also serves as an on-demand guide for advertisers and is included in the Performance Essentials badge.
