The challenge
As part of a system implementation project, I created a series of training videos to onboard Gilead medical writers to InteliNotion, a Word-based content governance application used in regulated industries. The platform supported content structuring and maintenance of clinical trial documentation. The objective was to develop step-by-step instructional videos tailored to specific workflows and user roles.
My role
The video featured here is the first in a series of 42. I conducted a task analysis to map out the workflow and partnered closely with DevOps during system configuration. I leveraged user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation to ensure the videos aligned with the final system setup and collaborated with subject matter experts to develop role-specific learning paths.
The results
The video series successfully onboarded medical writers in the R&D department, helping the organization meet training compliance standards while establishing a reusable internal knowledge base for InteliNotion users.
