The challenge

As part of a system implementation project, I was responsible for creating a series of training videos to onboard Gilead’s medical writers to a new Word-based application tool called InteliNotion. The objective was to produce step-by-step instructional videos tailored to specific workflows based on user roles.

My role

The video featured here is the first in a series of 42. I conducted a task analysis to map out the workflow and partnered closely with DevOps during system configuration. I leveraged user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation to ensure the videos aligned with the final system setup and collaborated with subject matter experts to develop role-specific learning paths.

The results

The video series successfully onboarded medical writers in the R&D department, helping the organization meet training compliance standards while establishing a reusable internal knowledge base for InteliNotion users.
